Nigerian men’s basketball team captain, Olumide Oyedeji is excited over the proposal by the United States of America basketball team to play Nigeria in a 2016 Olympic Games build-up match.
The Americans, who will also play China twice as part of their preparations, will play Venezuela before meeting African champions, Nigeria’s D’Tigers in their last preparation game on August 1in Houston.
Speaking ahead of the game, Oyedeji who currently plays in England says the game will help the Nigerian team get ready for the Rio Games
