TVC E, NEWS – Yunusa Dahiru who is standing trial over the abduction of 14-year old Ese Oruru has been granted bail by a Federal High Court in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
Dahiru, alias Yellow, is facing trial on five-count charge of abduction, illicit sex and unlawful canal knowledge of Ese.

At the hearing of his bail application today March 21st, the court ruled that the felonies committed by Dahiru were bailable.
Presiding judge, Justice H.A Nganjiwa, asked the suspect to provide N3million, two sureties resident within the court’s jurisdiction and write an undertaking that he would not jump bail.
The judge further said that the sureties must provide tax clearance for the past three years.
Yunusa will be remanded in prison until his bail conditions are met.
