TVC E, NEWS – Justice Mohammed Idris of the Federal High Court in Ikoyi has adjourned till the 15th of March the case brought before the court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission-EFCC against Rickey Tarfa, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
The EFCC accuses Tarfa of bribing Justice Mohammed Yunusa with the sum of 225 thousand Naira.
The Judge had earlier granted an application by the defendant to tender a “better and further” affidavit in support of the suit he filed against the anti-graft commission.
Counsel to the EFCC Wahab Shittu also opposed a claim by the defendant counsel that Tarfa’s rights was infringed upon.
