TVCE – The 76th birthday of the billionaire property mogul, Alhaji Rasaq Akanni Okoya comes up in a few days time and high society is already looking forward to yet another talk of the town celebration.
Although Okoya celebrated his 70th six years ago, the birthday bash remains a reference point till date.
Okoya, who is also the Aare of Lagos State, founded the Eleganza Group of Companies whose sphere spans the entire West African region.
He is the owner of the magnificent Oluwa ni Shola Estate in Lagos, which is described by many as expatriates’ estate because of the high number of foreigners that stay in it.
With yet another talk of the town celebration billed to take place in a few days time, his beloved wife, Sade, and children are already planning to make it a memorable one.
