The Grand finale of the BBNaija TV show took place last night 9th of October, as fans waited eagerly for the announcement of the winner of the competition after housemates, Seyi and Frodd were evicted leaving Mercy and Mike as the two final remaining contestants.
Housemate Mercy was announced as the winner of the competition. Revealing the result of votes by fans, Mercy emerged winner with a very wide margin of votes.
The joyous winner could not contain her excitement as dropped on the floor after hearing her name as the winner. Thereafter, she revealed that she had made 4 attempts to get into the BBNaija competition in the previous years before finally entering into the BBNaija house this year and now she is a winner.
Mercy aka Lambo becomes the first-ever female winner of the Big Brother Naija competition.
