TVC E, SPORTS – Newcastle United have agreed a 12 million pound fee with Tottenham for England winger Andros Townsend.
The Magpies have been in discussions with Spurs over Townsend for much of January after the 24-year-old fell out of favour at White Hart Lane.
Townsend made his Tottenham debut in a Europa League 5-0 win against Hearts in Edinburgh in August 2011 after a series of loan moves.

Sunderland have offered 10 million pounds plus striker Fabio Borini for Swansea City forward Andre Ayew.
The Black Cats have been pursuing Ayew for several weeks now and are understood to have made an initial approach for the player 10 days ago.
The Ghana international has scored eight Premier League goals this season.
