TVC E, SPORT – Nigeria premier league side FC Ifeanyi Mbah defeated newly promoted Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministry (MFM FC) in a preseason game played inside the Agege stadium on Sunday by 1-0.
Sport Correspondent Tobi Peters reports that both Ifeanyi Mbah fc and MFM are using the game as preparation ahead of the new NPF season which kicks-off January 31st across centres in the country.
Sport fans thronged the Agege stadium to see Ifeanyi Mbah FC play the NPFL newcomers.

MFM gained promotion from the Nigeria National League (NNL),while Ifeanyi Mbah FC came 11th in the just concluded season.

Addressing journalists after the game, Chairman of FC Ifeanyi Ubah, Chukwuma Ubah expressed satisfaction following the win against MFM football club, He said the Nnewi—based club is ready for the new league season.
” Am really happy we got a win against MFM, you see it’s not an easy game. We made use of two teams with the inclusion of the Brazillian players, i think we’re ready for the new league season and our target is to win the league and qualify for the continental,” says Chukwuma Ubah chairman,FC Ifeanyi Ubah.
