The Ogun State Police Command say investigations have begun into the robbery attack on famous Yoruba actors, Odunlade Adekola and Bolaji Amusan, also known as Mr Latin.
The actors were allegedly attacked by armed robbers on their way from a music show in Ijebu-Ode on Saturday night (15th July).
According to the Command Public Relations Officer, Aimbola Oyeyemi, the quick response of police officers and some vigilante service saved the situation leading to the rescue of the victims.

He said the Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, directed the Area Commander, Sagamu, Isa Grema, to work with men of Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad, FSARS, to bring the hoodlums to book ‘within a very short possible period.’
