The Federal Government has tendered nine boxes filled with different currencies, allegedly recovered from the residence of Justice
Sylvester Ngwuta in Abuja The Money was said to have been recovered during a search operation conducted by men of the DSS, last October.
The fifth Prosecution witness, John Utazi, who is also a staff of the Department of State Service narrated, how the huge sums of money in naira and foreign currencies, contained in bags and boxes, were recovered.
One of the boxes contained about thirty-five million naira, others contained Pound sterling, Euros, Rands and Dalasis.
