The Nigeria Police Force is finalising arrangements to provide housing for members of the force as a fall back plan after retirement from active service.
The information was revealed in Sokoto by the Deputy Inspector General of Police in charge of Northwest, DIG Maigari Dikko.
He says the arrangement is a Private partnership aimed at ending the sad situation where police officers retire without a place of abode.
