Group empowers 2,000 vulnerable women in Adamawa

Succour has come the way of 2,000 IDP women in Adamawa State, courtesy of the Adventist Development and Relief Agency of Nigeria and the United Nations.

Speaking during the distribution of items to the women in Yola, country Director of relief agency Fred Omosebi said apart from the materials, the beneficiaries have been trained in necessary skills.

According to him, more than 4, 000 IDPs have benefited from the gesture since last year, adding that the programme is a continuous process.
