TVC E. Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele popularly known as ‘Jenifa’ has bagged two awards at the ongoing AMVCAs. She was in company of her husband, JJC Skillz, a Nigerian rapper and record producer.
The amazing thespian won Best Television Series and Best Actress In A Comedy/Tv for her famous series ‘Jenifas Diary’. During her thank you speech, she praised and thanked her loving husband for his continuous love and support which in-turn earned her these awards.
The hardworking actress was filled with joy and thrilled audience and viewers with a little performance at the event which was held at the Convention Centre of the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos on Saturday.
Recall, JJC Skills, (Funke’s husband) was born on April 4, 1977 in Kano, Nigeria, but has been based in London since 1991. He has three children from three women. He has been featured in the popular comedy series ‘Jenifa Diary’.
