This is the second time the assembly complex will be sealed in two weeks, after a protest by some members of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The embattled speaker has continued to react to her purported impeachment by some of her colleagues.

Jumoke Akindele faulted her purported impeachment, which she described as illegal, insisting that only 2/3 of the lawmakers can remove her.

She however exonerated the Governor-Elect, Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN) from her predicament, but accused some of his supporters of complicity in the plot.

Akindele wondered why some of her colleagues were too desperate to remove her.

She also took time to exonerate herself from the Fifteen million naira caught with the pay master of the House.
