NFF confident Everton starlet Lookman will play for Eagles

The Nigeria Football Federation have intensified plans to capture Everton teenage sensation Ademola Lookman.

Technical Director of the NFF,Bitrus Bewarang is optimistic Lookman will pledge his international future to the Super Eagles rather than his country of birth, England.

The 19-year-old has represented England at U19 level.

And it is understood he wants to play for England at the U20 World Cup in May.

But Bewarang insists Lookman has been approached by the NFF and will get a call-up to the national team.

Lookman scored on his Everton debut in the 4-0 bashing of Man city on Saturday.
