The Nigeria Police has set up yet another committee to investigate allegations of professional misconduct against its operatives in the recent Rivers state rerun election.
The committee is also to look into other issues that bedevilled election.
The committee is particularly to unravel the authenticity of an audio message linked to the Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike, where he allegedly threatened to kill INEC officials who fail to rig the election in his party’s favour.
The committee is coming barely a week after a similar one was set up on December the 17th with similar terms of reference.
