Fans, friends, and family of Nkechi Emmanuel popularly known as “Nurse Titi” last Sunday honoured the Nollywood star in a program tagged “ Fans connect with Nkechi Emmanuel”.
According to N.K Sexy as she is fondly called, the event was intended to create a relationship between herself and her fans.
‘’ Most of our fans see their celebrities as demigods, believing they cannot see, dine and wine with them. So, I decided to close that gap. Nkechi Emmanuel (Nurse Titi) I don’t want my fans to believe celebrities only like to be among top politicians, traditional rulers or movers and shakers of society, leaving out those who made them celebrities. We are all human, I want my fans to have that sense of belonging”.
She added that she plans to have the program every year bringing in other celebrities and their fans. . Victoria Ezeanikah, a fan said ‘’Nkechi is down to earth, I don’t have money to give her but seeing her today is just a blessing to me”.
Another fan, Sunday Chinedu, described her as a goddess and advised her to keep the flag flying. However, when asked if she could act nude for 5million naira considering the poor state of the country she responded “No, I won’t because I am an African woman and that is my pride.”
