Resident doctors in Yenagoa threaten to down tools

The Association of Resident Doctors at the Federal Medical Centre Yenagoa, Bayelsa state has threatened to embark on a strike action on November the 14th, if the four months salary arrears owed its members are not paid.

In a peaceful protest to the office of the managing director of the medical centre, the FMC Yenagoa resident doctors  called on the federal government to intervene as they are now finding it difficult to meet their financial obligations to their families.
