Two Supreme Court judges accused of corruption have stopped sitting.
Justice Iyang Okoro and Sylvester Nguta, were among the judges arrested by the State Security Service, following allegations of corruption.
The spokesperson of Nigeria’s Supreme Court, Ahuraka Isah confirmed to TVC News that the supreme Court judges suspended sittings since the raids on their homes and arrests.
The two voluntarily excused themselves from all judicial functions, and have been reporting to the office of the DSS daily.
