NFF lauds LMC, plans major Refereeing Reforms

The Nigeria Football Federation has expressed satisfaction with the organisation of the just concluded Nigeria Professional Football League season.

NFF president, Amaju Pinnick commended the League Management Company, the Clubs, Media and football fans for the successful conclusion of the 2015/2016 season that ended on Sunday.

Pinnick said the Federation’s leadership has identified the shortcomings in officiating and will initiate positive reforms to ensure more professionalism.

He explained that the reforms on refereeing will be aimed at guaranteeing independence and strict compliance to the rules.
