Kaduna to prosecute parents of out of school children

Primary schools across the country have resumed for another academic session, and for the Kaduna state government, it’s not going to be business as usual.

Out of school children in the state must henceforth stay off the streets and be in school, or have their parents or guardians prosecuted.

The Nasir El-Rufai government says the decision is irrevocable.
