TVC E. Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger popular know as ‘The Terminator’ recently held a multi-sports festival called Arnold Classic Asia 2016 which brought together global and local sports stars together over the weekend.
Arnold who is an Austrian-American actor, filmmaker, businessman, investor, author, philanthropist, activist, politician and former professional bodybuilder held the event in Hong Kong which he also actively participated in.
Schwarzenegger began weight training at the age of 15. He won the Mr. Universe title at age 20 and went on to win the Mr. Olympia contest seven times. He has remained a prominent presence in bodybuilding ever since.
The multi sports event which started on Saturday the 20th ended on Sunday the 21st with non-stop spots competition from over 20 sports.
The center of attraction however, were the crowds of bronzed women with bulging biceps.
Muscular women from all corners of the globe flexed their perfectly-toned bodies in front of a number of judges for the bodybuilding competition – just one of many events held at the festival.
Hollywood action hero Arnold Schwarzenegger was there to launch the festival on Friday, telling the stressed-out city to remember to balance mind and body.

The festival involved demonstrations and competitions including arm wrestling, bodybuilding and skateboarding – but also featured more cerebral pastimes such as chess and Rubik’s Cube.
