Kanye West to Launch Pop-Up Shops Worldwide

Kanye West will open “The Life of Pablo” pop-up shops this weekend and Cape Town, south africa is one of 21 cities around the world selected for the launch.The rapper announced the news via Twitter. “21 Pablo stores worldwide this weekend. Locations here,” he tweeted with a map indicating where the temporary stores will be located.

As well as Cape Town, the stores will be in Toronto, London, Berlin, Singapore, Amsterdam, two Australian cities and several in the US.

Kanye launched a New York City pop-up shop which was open for three days earlier this year. US reports claimed that queues lasted for several hours with Kanye claiming he made more than $1-million in sales.

The rapper has also launched pop-up shops for previous albums, including 2013’s Yeezus and 2011’s collaboration with Jay Z, Watch the Throne.

According to reports each pop-up store would be open for three days and Kanye would reveal exact locations 24 hours before they opened via his website.
