A Nigerian military doctor, identified as Lieutenant Musa Mustapha Bature has lost his job after he allegedly had sex with his colleague’s wife.
According to a report, Lieutenant Bature was dismissed without honour by a Nigerian Army court-martial on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 after he was found guilty of a two count charge of illicit sexual relationship and unprofessional conduct.
The court-martial, which sat at the Adekunle Fajuyi Cantonment of the 2 Division, Ojo, Ibadan in Oyo State, found the 38-years old military personnel guilty of the charges against him.
However, Lieutenant Bature’s fate would be finally decided by a military council, which statutorily ratifies such sentences, it was further reported.
The law, according to the report, prescribes jail term and dismissal from service with dishonour.
