PMAN to set up music institute in Lagos State

The Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN), has unveiled plans to establish a music institute in Lagos to boost the entertainment industry in the country.

PMAN executive in a press release said that the institute would afford upcoming artistes the opportunity to have in-depth training in music.

pman-620x330Sanctions will be meted out to artistes who play music not in accordance with the guidelines of the association.

They also advocate the checking of the content of music before being aired.

PMAN says it’s making efforts to ensure that the entertainment industry is profitable as it is in other countries.
