Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, disclosed this today at a media briefing to herald the 26th convocation ceremony and 40th anniversary of the institution.
Her unparalleled dedication and unyielding pursuit of excellence, according to the VC, have earned her the coveted honour, accompanied by a substantial N500,000 cash prize from the university management.
Aminat’s 5.00 CGPA is the highest point recorded since the inception of the university 40 years ago.
