The suspended Dean of Law University of Calabar, Prof Cyril Ndifon, has been taken i to custody by the Department of State Services.
Ndifon’s arrest by the DSS was at the instance of the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission following his alleged refusal to turn him himself for questioning despite several invitations.
Vanguard gathered that the ICPC had sought the collaboration of the Department of State Services (DSS) on the University of Calabar (UNICAL) Sex Scandal matter involving Professor Cyril NDIFON, the erstwhile Dean of Faculty of Law of the Institution.
