When a baby boy is born parents take pride and spread excitement and joy everywhere. Gradually the boy grows up and every day he is being told don’t cry you are a BOY!! Boys can do it easily, you can do this you are a boy! You have to do this you are a boy!! Man up!!! Be a man.
So Society has trained the males to think as if they are some kind of superhero or like they can’t afford to make mistakes, also in a negative way it’s told to them that they can’t be wrong.
They get used to these kinds of behaviors and statements and thereby become more rigid and try harder to be perfect in everything. And therefore when they confront a failure or even in some cases a NO! It disrupts them and they don’t know how to handle themselves in that situation.
If we see the life of females they are always told to be flexible, accommodating, lovely, emotional, adjustive, and cooperative so a NO for them is like just another day or a failure is a part of life. They cry, gossip, blame and move on!!!
