In Ramadan, It Is Indoctrinated That You Feed People Around You- Damilola

Feeding people is one of the most virtuous acts in Islam. It is a way to earn rewards from Allah (SWT) and to provide relief to those who are suffering. The importance of feeding others is emphasized in both the Quran and Hadith. In this blog post, we will explore the benefits of feeding people as mentioned in the Hadith.

Hadith: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) emphasized the importance of feeding others, especially those who are in need. In one Hadith, the Prophet (PBUH) said, “He who feeds a fasting person will have a reward like that of the fasting person, without any reduction in his reward” (Tirmidhi). This Hadith highlights the importance of feeding those who are fasting during the month of Ramadan. By providing food to those who are fasting, one can earn rewards equal to those who are fasting, even if they are not fasting themselves.

In another Hadith, the Prophet (PBUH) said, “Whosoever removes a worldly grief from a believer, Allah will remove from him one of the griefs of the Day of Judgment. And whosoever alleviates the needs of a needy person, Allah will alleviate his needs in this world and the Hereafter” (Muslim). This Hadith emphasizes the importance of helping those who are in need. By feeding those who are hungry, one can remove their worldly grief and earn rewards from Allah (SWT).
The Prophet (PBUH) also said, “The best charity is that given to a relative who does not like you” (Bukhari). This Hadith highlights the importance of feeding one’s relatives, even if they do not have a good relationship with them. By providing food to one’s relatives, one can strengthen family ties and earn rewards from Allah (SWT).

In one Hadith, the Prophet (PBUH) said, “If a Muslim feeds a hungry Muslim, Allah will feed him from the fruits of Paradise on the Day of Judgment” (Tirmidhi). This Hadith emphasizes the importance of feeding those who are hungry. By providing food to those in need, one can earn forgiveness from Allah (SWT) and receive rewards in the Hereafter.
