Rihanna has achieved a remarkable milestone by becoming the female artist with the most diamond singles and the most diamond-certified songs. According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), four of her songs—“Needed Me,” “Work,” “Umbrella,” and “Stay”—have reached diamond certification, moving at least 10 million units each. This brings her total number of diamond songs to seven, including “We Found Love,” “Love the Way You Lie,” and “Diamonds”.
Rihanna shared the news on her Instagram page, writing, “Ain’t no back and forth”. This achievement is a testament to her enduring popularity and success in the music industry.

Other artists have also achieved diamond certification recently. Nicki Minaj earned her second diamond single with “Bang Bang,” featuring Jessie J and Ariana Grande, which was certified diamond on May 23. Cardi B has three diamond singles, including “I Like It” with Bad Bunny, released in December 2021.
In other news, Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky made headlines during their date night. A viral video showed Rocky mouthing “That’s my baby daddy!” while dancing to Cam’ron’s “Oh Boy”. The couple shares two sons, RZA and Riot Rose.
Rihanna was also seen signing autographs in New York City on May 12, where a fan wished her a happy Mother’s Day. However, A$AP Rocky took issue with the fan’s forwardness, saying, “Don’t be romantic to my girl like that!” before laughing and shaking hands with the fan.
