Tyga Seeks Primary Custody of son King Cairo, with Blac Chyna

Tyga wants to assume primary custody of his son, King Cairo, in the ongoing legal battle with his ex, Blac Chyna. The rapper, whose real name is Michael Stevenson, filed legal documents in Los Angeles on October 13, requesting both legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old child.

In the documents obtained by sources, Tyga has requested that Blac Chyna be granted child visitation rights, specifying that she can spend time with King every Friday after school until Sunday at 5 p.m. Additionally, he proposed that holiday schedules should be determined based on their mutual agreement.

In response to this filing, Blac Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, expressed her shock at her ex’s request. She emphasized her respect for Tyga as King’s father and their mutual love for their son. She did not anticipate this attempt to alienate her or distance her from King’s life, stating that she hopes they can be supportive and loving co-parents, equally involved in their child’s life.

This legal battle began when Chyna sought joint custody of King in July. Tyga responded publicly in August, hinting at a schedule disagreement between them. Prior to these legal proceedings, Chyna revealed that her communication with Tyga was solely through nannies, and the former couple ended their engagement in 2014, two years after King’s birth.

Chyna has gone through a personal transformation journey over the past year, including getting baptized and removing her facial fillers. Last month, she announced a new relationship with songwriter Derrick Milano, marking one year of sobriety. She shared her determination to continue practicing sobriety and emphasized her strength and qualities as a mother and friend.
