REVEALED: Why Women Pray For Their Homes More Than Men

The ladies of #yourviewtvc were joined by Nigerian actress, film producer, model, and television personality, Yvonne Jegede.

They carefully analysed different ways to address a cheating partner and shared their view on the growing trend of putting makeup on kids.

Recall that recently, the Nollywood actress opened up for the first time about her relationship with her ex-husband, Olakunle ‘Abounce’ Fawole.

Yvonne revealed during an interview on Mercy’s Menu, hosted by her colleague, Mercy Johnson-Okojie; that her ex-husband has neglected their 4-year-old son.

However, joining the conversation on if women should pray for their marriage more than men is based on a tweet from writer Alabi.

Alabi said it should be appropriate for the man who catches his wife cheating to be a good Christian and pray for demons to depart from his home, instead of opting for divorce.

According to the writer when a Christian woman has a partner who cheats, she is usually expected to pray for him whereas when the case is reversed, the man dumps her immediately.

She wrote; “Christian women have been sentenced to WAR ROOM for years to pray for cheating men but the moment a Christian man catches his wife cheating, he divorces her.

Can’t he pray too? Can’t he bind the demons that want to destroy his home? Or has God stopped hating divorce?”

Speaking on her take on cheating in an interview with the Ladies of Your View, the Nollywood actress said, “I think why men don’t tolerate woman cheating is because they don’t have big hearts, women have bigger hearts. We can tolerate and forgive even the day-to-day people that we come across and stuff like that.

Women are notorious, for that motherly instinct that a lot of time helps us to contain certain issues that we find ourselves in…”
