Veteran Nollywood Actor, Ebun Oloyede a.k.a Olaiya Igwe has shared with the hosts on YourView reasons for his actions.
The veteran actor previously uploaded a video of himself showing his support and advocacy by praying for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, at the beachfront to win the next 2023 presidential election. The video has since then been in circulation on the internet.
Answering the question if he thinks his action can or may affect his career, Actor Ebun Oloyede said, “No it won’t affect my career for some philosophers and wise people but some dump, they can think otherwise people they don’t really understand what is called evolution.
After my video, three days ago, I received another ambassadorship and it’s part of it so I believe it won’t affect me.
Are you not afraid your act is influencing the marine spirit ritual?
I am not afraid, it depends on my conviction.
As a Muslim, is this not a clash in your religion?
“If you watch the video carefully, you will notice that I did not mention any marine spirits. So you need to forget that and leave it to the almighty God and my God to judge.
I followed the instructions and I did it and I want to tell you all, Mrs Oloremi Tinubu was the one that did a wonderful thing in my life before I met her husband.
