  • Junk –  “Junk food” is a term used to describe food that is high in calories from sugar and/or fat, and possibly also sodium, but with little dietary fibre, protein, vitamins, minerals, or other important forms of nutritional value. It is also known as HFSS food (high in fat, salt and sugar).

Junks create a surge in our sugar level and it deeps almost immediately. Junks give us the same feeling as when we are on drugs.

When you consistently have love energy and see a need to jump on Junk, it might read mental health.
