The Executive Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation has passed a vote of confidence on president Amaju Pinnick.
Members of the Board unanimously declared support for Pinnick amidst calls for his resignation.
A section of the Nigerian sports community is adamant Pinnick should quit his post in the aftermath of Nigeria’s failure to qualify for two consecutive Africa cup of Nations under his leadership.
But Pinnick insists he will see out his four-year tenure in office, claiming the federation has done well enough under his leadership
