Following various speculations making the rounds, Maroon 5’s frontman, Adam Levine has come out to deny having an affair with an Instagram model, Sumner Stroh.
It all started when the twenty-three-year-old model took to TikTok to allege that she had an affair with the forty-three-year-old singer in the past.
She also shared a few alleged messages between himself and her where she claims that the singer reached out asking if he can name his new child with his wife, Behati Prinsloo after her.
Reacting to all of this, Adam Levine issued a statement on his Instagram page writing, “A lot is being said about me right now and I want to clear the air.
I used poor judgement in speaking with anyone other than my wife in any kind of flirtatious manner. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period in my life. In certain instances, it became inappropriate; I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family.”
He added, “My wife and my family are all I care about in this world. To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly mattered to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together.”
In the video making the rounds, Sumner stated that she was young, and naive at the time, and now she feels exploited by the whole situation.
She further stated that she shared screenshots of the alleged messages between her and Adam with a few friends she thought she could trust. However, when one of those friends tried to sell the screenshots of the messages to a tabloid, she decided to speak out about the situation herself.
Just so you know Adam Levine got married to Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo in 2014. They however share two daughters together, with a third child on the way.
Earlier this month, the couple confirmed they were expecting, as Behati posted a photo just last week of her baby bump.
