American actor and filmmaker, Sylvester Stallone has responded to his estranged wife Jennifer Flavin’s divorce filing.
According to sources, he denied allegations that he engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate.
The actor’s legal team also insisted that he has not engaged in that type of behavior.
Sylvester Stallone also approved of Jennifer Flavin’s request to have exclusive use of their Palm Beach, Florida, estate, as he also didn’t fight the former model’s petition to restore her maiden name.
The actor however did agree that their marriage was irretrievably broken.
Just so you know, Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin got married in 1997, though their relationship originally began in 1988 at a restaurant in Beverly Hills, California.
They both share three daughters, Scarlet, Sistine, and Sophia, while Stallone is also a father to son Seargeoh from his previous marriage to Sasha Czack.
His oldest son Sage, whom he shares with Starlin Wright, died in 2012.
