VIDEO: Woman Testifies In Church About Her Husband's Return After Abandoning Her For 15 Years

The ladies had a discussion on today’s episode of WUN about a shocking testimony given in church by a lady. …

A Twitter user, identified as @hannahmuktar took to Twitter to describe how a guy left his wife and four children for another lady for 15 years.

He eventually returned home with nothing and was welcomed with open arms by his wife who even shared a testimony in the church to thank God for restoring their marriage.

Shockingly, the man ran off again after five years and stole everything she had worked hard for.

The tweet read;

” This woman’s husband eloped with another woman leaving her with 4kids to carter for, the last child was barely a year when he left.

We knew her in church as the woman whose husband left her for another woman, 15years later this man came back a pauper and the woman received him with arms stretched wide, no accountability, no nothing,

The last child he left was already done with secondary school and the man just appeared from nowhere. She gave testimony in church and kept saying blaming everything on the enemy, the man stood beside her and said nothing.

“The church including the pastor said it was the handiwork of the enemy and all. He asked them both to kneel on the altar and said we should pray for them, so appalling yeah??? Well 5years after his return, he has looted everything she’s worked for and ran off again. Masha Allah”.

Reacting to the story, Mary Alimi said, “I am happy because it was blamed on the enemy but now the joy is that we have proven is not the enemy anymore.

There’s no rejoicing in someone’s pain and downfall, however, the way society expects the female gender to always be forgiving, welcoming, understanding and accepting.

She does not have the right to say who is to blame, she supposes to just suck it in because she is the peacemaker sponge, the glue that brings everyone together and takes all the nonsense because she wants to keep her home together. Good women, thank you.” she added.

Furthermore, Emem Ime Okwoche said, ” we are not saying that it is not okay for you to accept your spouse when he faults because we are not perfect we are all human beings and we all make mistakes and it’s marriage.

As much as it is the female gender who is at the receiving end, both parties are supposed to be accepting and understanding of each other.

What we are saying is that, as much as the bible expects you to forgive, you are also required to use wisdom and wisdom they say is profitable to direct.

As a married woman, is not your responsibility to accept all of the man’s idiosyncrasy every single time that he fault.” she added
