We guess we are not done hearing about the ongoing bad blood between Sylvester Stallone and Rocky movie producer, Irwin Winkler.
This latest grievance however is as a result of a teaser to a spin-off film titled Drago which is based on Dolph Lundgren’s character.
Just so you know, Sylvester Stallone, who wrote Rocky and starred as the boxer, has been fighting for his rights to the character, stating that he has zero ownership of it.
Winkler produced the film, while Dolph Lundgren starred in Rocky IV as an imposing boxer Ivan Drago.
In a lengthy post put out on Instagram, Sylvester Stallone wrote, “Another heartbreaker… Just found this out…once again, Irwin Winkler, this pathetic 94-year-old producer and his moronic vulture children, Charles and David are once again picking clean the bones of another wonderful character I created without even telling me. I apologize to the fans, I never wanted ROCKY characters to be exploited by these parasites…By the way, I once had nothing but respect for Dolph but he never told me about what was going on behind my back with the character I created for him!!! Real friends are more precious than gold.”
