She spoke about how poor diet can affect the mental health of individuals and food to avoid. She shared that ‘Bread’ is not healthy for the body mostly white bread.
Bread is high in carbs, low in micronutrients, and its gluten and antinutrient contents may cause issues for some people.
Because bread is highly processed especially the white, it is made up of refined flour without no nutrients.

- Dark greens
- Wallnut
- Nuts and Seeds
- Dark chocolate
- Cocoa
- Chicken thigh
Food to avoid are mostly processed food e.g,
- Refine grains
- Pastries
- Bread
Basically anything that have a lot of sugar is not good for the health. For cooking it is advisable to use extra virgin oil (Cold press).
