As it stands, Beyonce has allegedly turned down two high-profile artistes from appearing on the record due to the fact that they have faced accusations of abuse and harassment, even though they have not been found guilty.

This decision was made after her former collaborator, music producer Noel Fisher a.k.a Detail, who co-wrote the Grammy award-winning hit ‘Drunk in Love’, was charged with fifteen counts of sexual assault and rape, even though he has denied the claims.

Announcing the new album on Instagram and Twitter, Beyonce wrote, “My intention (with the album) was to create a safe space, a place without judgement. A place to scream, release, feel free.”

Well through this stance, it seems Queen B is making it clear that she is not all talk and no action.

Sources have revealed that while her decision has rubbed people off the wrong way, Beyonce doesn’t care because she wants to set an example that any abuse shouldn’t be normalized.

“Although neither has been found guilty, she’s sending a clear message to the industry in the wake of troubling cases from people like R. Kelly and Harvey Weinstein,” a source told The Sun, noting that the singer was “devastated” to learn about the accusations against Fisher.
