“I’m Still Traumatized" - Wanda Sykes Speaks On Will Smith's Oscar Slap

Still on one of the hottest topics in the entertainment world, ‘the Will Smith slapping Chris Rock incident at the Oscars, American stand-up comedian, and actress Wanda Sykes is back talking about it again.

The comedian who was one of the hosts at the Oscars, where the altercation broke out between Chris Rock and Will Smith once spoke in an interview that the whole scene she witnessed traumatized her.

More than one month later, Wanda Sykes says she is still traumatized. She revealed this while speaking to her audience during her comedy tour in Orlando, Florida, where she said,

“I’m still traumatized, I can’t talk about it. I get emotional.”

“I couldn’t believe he was still sitting there, like an assh—,” she  continued, referring to how Smith remained seated during the ceremony. Shouldn’t you be sitting there with a lawyer or LAPD, motherf—–?”

Wanda Sykes added that she wants nothing to do with will smith until he gets his as- together.

“I hope he gets his s— together. Until then, f— him.”

Smith has publicly apologized to Rock, saying that he “reacted emotionally” because the “joke about Jada’s medical condition was too much for him to bear.”

The star also resigned from the Academy and was banned from attending the events for the next 10 years.
