TVC E, NEWS – The race towards the selection of a new Vice Chancellor of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife in Osun state, is raising dust among staff of the institution.
While the Non Academic Staff Union and Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities, claim foul play in the selection process, the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) is silent about it.
The tenure of the current OAU vice chancellor, Professor Bamitale Omole will end in June and the process which will lead to the emergence of the new VC began few months ago.

But some staffers of the institution allege foul play on the side of the governing council members.
