Wizkid’s ‘Essence’ Becomes The First African Song To Be Certified Platinum In The US

Another groundbreaking achievement for Nigeria artiste Wizkid as his much talked about collaboration ‘Essence’ with fellow Nigeria singer Tems has been certified platinum in the United States.
This new feat now makes Wizkid the first African artiste to have his song ‘Esssence’ certified Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) platinum.
