American rapper Willie Maxwell popularly known as Fetty Wap has been arrested and charged on a federal drug charge for participating in a conspiracy to smuggle large amounts of heroin, fentanyl and other drugs into the New York City region.
The rapper was detained at Citi Field baseball park, where the three-day Rolling Loud hip-hop music festival was taking place.
