There is apprehension in Rivers State over the alleged existence of serial killers, said to be targeting women in Port Harcourt. According to reports, 10 girls have been killed within 2 months. Now that the Police are reportedly claiming that the girls are prostitutes, we are asking if that gives anyone the right to kill them!
