Australian actor, Chris Hemsworth is gearing up to play wrestling champion, Hulk Hogan in new biopic.
The Netflix original which will be directed by Oscar winning ‘Joker’ director, Todd Philips, will center on the life and career of the wrestling champ.
Speaking on the upcoming role, Chris Hemsworth said, “As you can imagine, the preparation for the role will be insanely physical. I will have to put on more size than I ever have before, even more than I put on for Thor.”
He added, “There is the accent as well as the physicality and the attitude. I will also have to do a deep dive into the rabbit hole of the wrestling world, which I’m really looking forward to doing.”
Just so you know, Hulk Hogan who is sixty-six years old, is a 12-time wrestling champion.
