After a teacher allegedly flogged a 19-month-old pupil to de*th, the Delta State government shut down Arise and Shine Nursery and Primary School in Asaba.
On Monday, February 7, 2022, the instructor, Emeka Nwogbo, the son of the school proprietress, allegedly fl0gged the child, Obinna Udeze, leaving many cane marks on his body.
The pupil was was claimed to have d!ed as a result of the whipping on Saturday, February 12 at the Federal Medical Centre in Asaba.
