A suspected serial killer, Gracious David West, has been arrested by the Rivers state Police Command.
The 26-year old from Buguma local government area, who is also a member of the Degbam cult group, was apprehended along East-West Road enroute to Uyo from Port Harcourt.
He has since made useful statements to the police and an investigation is underway to ascertain his motives and possible accomplices.
