Marvel Studios has officially announced its first horror series, “Agatha All Along,” set to premiere on Disney+ on September 18, 2024. The series is a spinoff of the popular “WandaVision,” featuring Kathryn Hahn as the beloved witch antagonist Agatha Harkness.
The trailer for “Agatha All Along” has been released, showcasing a mix of black-and-white visuals, the introduction of Aubrey Plaza’s mysterious witch character, and a strong horror vibe. This marks a departure from the typical MCU fare, following in the footsteps of “Werewolf by Night” and “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.”
The series promises to be a thrilling ride, with producer Brad Winderbaum describing it as “really fun, but it’s really scary. And it gets quite dramatic.” The show is designed to be a Halloween treat, with deadly stakes and a focus on horror elements.
“Agatha All Along” stars Kathryn Hahn, Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Paul Adelstein, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Okwui Okpokwasili, Debra Jo Rupp, Patti LuPone, and Aubrey Plaza. The series will debut with its first two episodes on September 18, 2024, just in time for the spooky season.
