Diddy is facing a new lawsuit alleging that he drugged and sexually assaulted a young model during Men’s Fashion Week over two decades ago.
The lawsuit has been filed by Crystal McKinney. Alongside Diddy, the defendants include Bad Boy Records, Sean John Clothing, and Universal Music.
According to the complaint obtained by HipHopDX, McKinney began her modeling career at 17 in 1998. She alleges that in 2003, she met Diddy at a fashion event where he publicly made sexually suggestive advances toward her.
After the event, they went to his studio. McKinney claims she took a hit from a joint that Diddy and his friends were sharing, which she describes as “very powerful” and believes was laced. One of Diddy’s friends allegedly remarked, “You’ve never had weed like this before.”
The complaint further alleges that Diddy then physically led her to a bathroom and forced her to perform oral sex on him. McKinney states that she later passed out and woke up in a cab, realizing she had been sexually assaulted.
Following this alleged incident, McKinney claims Diddy blackballed her from the modeling industry, leading her to attempt suicide the following year. She decided to come forward after seeing a wave of similar allegations against Diddy, feeling a moral obligation to speak out.
HipHopDX has reached out to Diddy’s representatives for comment but has not received a response.
This lawsuit is not the only one Diddy faces related to alleged assaults in 2003. Late last year, another woman filed a suit claiming that Diddy, then-Bad Boy president Harve Pierre, and a third man raped her after giving her drugs and alcohol while she was still in high school.
